The principles followed by SAROS HAZIR BETON İNŞAAT MADENCİLİK SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. ("Saros Beton") when collecting and using personal data obtained through the website (“Website”) at the discretion of users (“User(s)”) are regulated in this Privacy Policy.
Personal Data That May Be Collected On the Website, depending on Users’ access to and actions on the Website, Saros Beton may collect the User’s:
- Identity Information
- Transaction Security Information
- IP Information
- Legal Transaction and Compliance Information
- Contact Information
- Request/Complaint Management Information
- User Information
- User Transaction Information
It may also collect other information that may be required for the performance of the services provided through the Website and that is deemed personal data under the Personal Data Protection Law and all relevant legislation. The User expressly consents to the processing, for the purposes specified herein, of the data that they may share with Saros Beton at their own discretion, within the scope set out in this Privacy Policy. Pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law, data that has been rendered anonymous in an irreversible manner will not be considered personal data under the provisions of the said law, and processing activities relating to such data may be carried out without being bound by the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
"Cookie" Use During Users’ navigation on the Website, data such as the sections visited and the areas clicked are automatically collected by Saros Beton. The data obtained using the technology called "cookies" are statistical information. The purpose of this technology is to make the content of the sections visited by Users easier to access for the User from their first visit to the site onwards. Most browsers are initially designed to accept these “cookies”, which are technical communication files, but Users may change their browser settings at any time to prevent technical communication files from being received or to ensure that a warning is given when such files are sent.
Purpose of Use of the Data Saros Beton may process the collected personal data so that the User can benefit from the Website, to improve the services it offers, to develop the service, to promote and inform about new services, to provide the necessary notifications to the User within this scope, to establish contact with the User, and to fulfill the obligations arising from the nature of the services it provides.

Furthermore, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law and/or in the presence of exceptions in the applicable legislation, Saros Beton may process personal data and share it with third parties without obtaining the User’s separate consent. The main situations in which this may occur are as follows:

- Where, due to actual impossibility, the person who is unable to declare their consent or whose consent has no legal
validity, and where processing is mandatory for the protection of that person’s or another person’s life or

- Where it is necessary to process personal data, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of any contract
between the User and Saros Beton,
where the processing of personal data is necessary,
- Where it is mandatory in order to fulfill legal obligations,
- Where the personal data has been made public by the User,
- Where the processing of data is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
- Where data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of Saros Beton, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the User.
Sharing of Data Saros Beton may transfer the personal data belonging to Users and the new data it obtains by using such personal data to third parties from whom it receives services for the performance of the services provided to the User within the scope of the Website, limited to the purpose of providing such services. In this context, in order to improve the User experience (including improvement and personalization), ensure the User’s security, detect fraudulent or unauthorized use, carry out operational assessment studies, remedy errors related to the Website or Saros Beton services, and achieve any of the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or in other privacy texts presented to the User, Saros Beton may share User data with third parties such as external service providers, hosting service providers (“hosting” services), law firms, research companies and call centers.
The User accepts that, limited to the purposes specified above, the aforementioned third parties may store the User’s personal data on servers located anywhere in the world and that they have given prior consent to this.
User’s Right of Access to Data and Requests for Rectification By applying to Saros Beton, the User may, in relation to themself:
- Learn whether personal data is being processed,
- Request information if personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,

Saros Beton may provide its reasoned positive/negative response to the above requests in written or digital form. As a rule, no fee is charged for the necessary actions regarding the requests. However, if the actions require a cost, a fee may be requested based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with the relevant article of the Personal Data Protection Law.
The User undertakes that the information subject to this Privacy Policy, which has been provided by them to Saros Beton, is complete, accurate and up to date and that they will immediately update such information in the event of any change.
In cases where the User has not provided up-to-date information, Saros Beton shall not bear any responsibility. The User accepts and declares that if they make a request that results in any of their personal data not being able to be used by Saros Beton, they may not be able to fully benefit from the services that Saros Beton has undertaken to provide to them, and that all kinds of liability arising in this context shall belong to them.
Retention Period of Personal Data Saros Beton will retain the personal data provided by the User for as long as is necessary to fulfill the obligations arising from the nature of the services it provides.
In addition, in the event of any dispute that may arise between Saros Beton and the User, Saros Beton may retain personal data, limited to the purpose of carrying out the necessary defenses within the scope of the dispute and for the statute of limitation periods determined in accordance with the relevant legislation. Measures, Commitments and Liability Regarding Data Security Under the conditions specified in the relevant legislation or set out in this Privacy Policy, Saros Beton undertakes to:
ensure that:
- Personal data is not processed unlawfully,
- Personal data is not accessed unlawfully, and
- The necessary technical and administrative measures are taken and necessary audits are carried out to ensure an appropriate level of security to safeguard personal data.
In cases where links are provided on the Site to other applications, Saros Beton assumes no responsibility for the privacy policies and contents of such applications.
Saros Beton does not accept liability for any damages that may arise from the use of personal data under the above conditions.
Changes to the Privacy Policy Users who benefit from the services offered on the Website are deemed to have read and accepted all these terms. Saros Beton reserves the right to change the provisions of the Privacy Policy without prior notice. The current Privacy Policy shall enter into force on the date it is presented to the User by any method.
