INFORMATION AND NOTICE REGARDING THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW
This Disclosure Statement has been prepared for the purpose of informing data subjects about the procedures and principles regarding the processing of their personal data collected through the camera recording systems used by SAROS READY-MIX CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION MINING INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC. (“Company”) for the purpose of informing data subjects about the procedures and principles regarding the processing of personal data collected through camera recording systems used by the Company.
- Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The personal data collected is processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, to ensure the legal, technical, and commercial-business security of individuals in relation to the Company and to ensure the security of the Company's locations. - Parties to Whom Personal Data May Be Transferred and Purpose of Transfer
Personal data collected is processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, may be shared with legally authorized institutions and organizations for the purposes of ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-business security of relevant persons in a relationship with the Company and ensuring the security of the Company's locations. - Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Personal data is collected through camera systems located at the locations. Personal data collected for the legal reasons stated above may be processed and transferred within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 for the purposes specified in Articles 1 and 2 of this Disclosure Text. - Data Subjects' Rights and Exercising These Rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, data subjects have the following rights:
- To learn whether personal data is being processed,
- To request information regarding the processing of personal data, if any,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used for its intended purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred within or outside the country,
- Requesting the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and requesting that this action be communicated to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons for processing no longer exist, even if the data has been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant legal provisions, and requesting that this action be communicated to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, third parties,
- Object to a result being reached against the person solely through the analysis of processed data by automated systems,
- The right to request compensation for damages suffered as a result of the unlawful processing of personal data.
