INFORMATION AND NOTICE REGARDING THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW

 

This Disclosure Statement has been prepared for the purpose of informing data subjects about the procedures and principles regarding the processing of their personal data collected through the camera recording systems used by SAROS READY-MIX CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION MINING INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC. (“Company”) for the purpose of informing data subjects about the procedures and principles regarding the processing of personal data collected through camera recording systems used by the Company.

  1. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
    The personal data collected is processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, to ensure the legal, technical, and commercial-business security of individuals in relation to the Company and to ensure the security of the Company's locations.
  2. Parties to Whom Personal Data May Be Transferred and Purpose of Transfer
    Personal data collected is processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, may be shared with legally authorized institutions and organizations for the purposes of ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-business security of relevant persons in a relationship with the Company and ensuring the security of the Company's locations.
  3. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
    Personal data is collected through camera systems located at the locations. Personal data collected for the legal reasons stated above may be processed and transferred within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 for the purposes specified in Articles 1 and 2 of this Disclosure Text.
